In this context, the use of safety coupled relays in actuator power regulation and electrical insulation has significantly increased due to the fact that actuators often require more current or other voltage than the controller can provide. In addition, the digital output of the fault protection controller runs automatic self-test at regular intervals to detect faults. However, the test pulses involved often lead to premature wear of the relay. Using its integrated testing pulse and control circuit to regulate power consumption, all FSP devices consider the special requirements of the fault safety controller. ###The emergency stop coupling relay connects the digital output signal from the fault safety controller to peripheral devices (valves, etc.) used for electrical insulation and power adaptation. It has one enable current path (768-5134 and 801-6075) and two enable current paths (712-5263, 712-5266, 712-5260, and 712-5279). The 17.5mm slender housing has a long service life due to filtering controller test pulses. The enable current path is equipped with installed and replaceable fuses, and the forced conductive contacts comply with EN 50205.
